Sound the Alarm with the American Red Cross

As we head into the winter months, it is so important to make sure your smoke alarms are working properly in the event of a home fire. As part of the Sound the Alarm campaign, we recently spent the day in Independence, installing 92 smoke alarms to help make over 50 homes safer. Thank you to our volunteers, the Independence Fire Department, The Salvation Army in Kansas & Western Missouri and Taking it to the Streets for spending the day with us and assisting in this life-saving initiative!
